Building and operating CRM systems

We believe that CRM is a philosophy of an organisation, in which the consumers and their needs are in the centre of attention, and all actions are intended to maximise the Customer satisfaction and benefits.
We build dedicated CRM tools: based on customers' needs, we plan the architecture, implement and operate IT systems and related business processes (including the integration of data sources).
We also support the coordination of work of other suppliers of the Customer, responsible for the processes associated with CRM (data providers, call centre, logistics, sales force, agencies).
